"Ruth Seyer and Karen Glass' parent support group was extremely helpful. I learned many practical and simple exercises to help with the difficult aspects of raising a special needs child and other life challenges."
   -Rosita

"I just wanted to thank you both for dedicating your time to coordinating and ficilitating the group. Although I have been thinking about these topics for the last several years, I still came away with several new coping strategies and new ideas. The two friends I attended with told me that they were missing the weekly support and how much it helped them to talk each week."
